I look it as this way. Staffing crisis = opportunities for burglars, gangs, drugs, homeless and violent assault. I don't live in Seattle but I will be happy to turn a blind eye when I so witness a violent assault taking place. The majority of you choose to have such a wonderful mayor and counsel members and residents who choose and knowingly brought this upon yourself.

That's actually funny because police should do their jobs including following the law that they are supposed to uphold. Also hold fellow officers accountable when they break the law and not protect them due to a blue brotherhood. It's that easy but politics in law enforcement is mainly the problem. Also to not fund the police is the dumbest thing I have ever heard and more importantly it's just ridiculous🤦

Sure there are bad cops but when I see good cops being detained, fired, scrutinized over a mistake, I sure don’t want my kids being one. One of our family member is a cop and he’s been sued before. This job comes with a lot of liability and the pay isn’t worth it all.

Complying could help. I would encourage anyone with family in law enforcement to plead with them to change careers. I’ve only seen two highly publicized media stirring I would call police murder.

Why should anyone have to be completely dependent on the police for protection? I think accountability for law enforcement is a good thing, i also believe its important for law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms as advocated for in the 2nd amendment.
