If Indian Public administration has Laissez Faire then possible impacts - 1. Positive - a. amazing application of principle of subsidiarity - work which can be done at local level will be done at faster pace b. strong federalization c. officers and employees who want to work and bring positive development, can give results d. institutions which have been demanding more autonomy will benefit, example - PSU, RBI, etc. 2. negative - a. Unfortunately the 'idea of India and patriotism' is individual centric, so each patriots will think that they are doing good work but there may not be any unity of direction b. communalism c. Possibility of rise in corruption due to high degree of autonomy and trust d. charismatic authority will become more dominant that legal rational authority - at every level of organization - this will give rise to conflicts.
