I'm Italian and I totally agree! My wife is formally Romanian but her father was Hungarian who lived in Romania. So my wife is half Hungarian and as a resul our two kids are ¼ Hungarian. A pity that the Hungarian language is so difficult, otherwise we might have considere moving to Hungary... And infact I hear from Mr. Orban that many Europeans of Conservative and Christian orientation are moving into Hungary... the same thought that we are having as a family...

Recognize that Hungary is a small country and has been subject to attack and capture by larger ones through much of its history. To press a close analogy with the expansive American Empire would not be very accurate, if that is what you are driving at. Also remember that the authority of God's Word exceeds that of any political leader. How do you read this? Is it difficult to understand? I live in Greece, which is mainly conservative Christian, I have visited Hungary many many times, I love the country and the people. If I decided to leave Greece, Hungary would be where I would want to settle down.

Actually many Greek people came to Hungary, first in the XVIII. century after the Habsburgs defeated the Turks, and then after WWII. There are a number of greek towns, for example Μπελογιάννης, and quite a few actors, olimpian athletes, musicians, academics of Greek descent in Hungary. We even had a prime minister who was half greek, Pál Teleki. His mother was Irene Murathis, a Greek woman.

Ask yourself why Tucker Carlson is trying to convince his audience that people in Russia and Hungary have it made. Why is he insinuating that democracy doesn’t work? @@ZsH85 A critic of Poland and Hungary - Joe Bieden - it weakens itself. It is enough to look at the effects of his decision in Afghanistan. Or to evaluate the US consent to the completion of the Russian-German NS2 pipeline, which weakens the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and strengthens Russia. I think that such decisions will strengthen conservative governments not only in Poland.

I just came home to the UAE after spending a few days in Hungary. It was a marvelous experience, totally different feel from Western Europe, the Hungarians struck me as a Christian nation. They were extremely proud of their identity and their past while being welcoming and respectful of others. I saw phenomenal statues of historical Hungarian heroes, beautiful churches, and an incredible architecture all around. They weren’t ashamed of their past “mistakes” like the Americans and the Western Europeans, they seem to accept the reality of good and evil and that nations are always built on such duality. God bless Hungary.

I have lived in Budapest for almost 5 months last year and recently returned from 2 -week stay there. I can not but agree with most of the comments above. The Hungarians are friendly and proud without being arrogant. The city is lovely and there are practically no bums on the street like in other western EU countries...or the US. V. Orban might not be the perfect leader, but his country is like a magnet for foreigners, who are looking for a better safer life, and this speaks for itself.

His government should act as a model for us all - standing up to the globalists, fighting for the common man and protecting his country's traditions and culture.
