1. When God guides, He provides.
Principle 1 - God’s provision follows God’s prescription.
“And it will be that you shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.”
Sheep can't bear burdens, navigate, or find their own way. They’re defenseless without a shepherd.
You don’t have to act like a shepherd when you have a shepherd.
2. When God provides, He hides.
Principle 2 - God’s provision involves God’s protection.
“Get away from here and turn eastward, and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan.” 1 Kings 17vs3
Be grateful not only for what God brings to you but what God keeps away from you.
3. When God provides, it may not always be in surplus, but it’s always in sufficiency.
Principle 3 - Even if God doesn't give you what you want, He will always provide what you need.
“Prosperity depends more on wanting what you have than having what you want” Geoffrey F. Abert
4. When God provides, it’s both natural and supernatural.
Principle 4 - God doesn’t replace the natural with the supernatural. He adds the supernatural to our natural.
5. When God provides, blessings can come from the most unlikely places.
Principle 5 - God’s provision might not fit your preference.
6. When God’s provision comes to an end, it’s time to pivot.
Principle 6 - God doesn’t stop being a Provider even when provisions stop.
7. When God provides for you it’s good, but when He provides through you, it’s better.
Principle 7 - God wants to take you where God provides through you, not just for you!

This was a WORD. I once received a prophecy from a man who told me I’m going to fail school because I was too complacent , this was over a year ago and to this day those words keep scaring me. And at the midway through listening to this sermon I thought “so I’m not complacent!” And exactly at that moment pastor vlad said “DONT CONFUSE GRATITUDE FOR COMPLACENCY.” Praise God for using Vlad to share the gospel. This year I will graduate! I will come back here to testify!

Thank the Lord for this message. Ive been sytruggling to find work in my field after i moved to my new home. 8 months of despair until I found out my wife is expecting our third child. I finally decided to just get work anywhere and now i am a food server. A position I havent done in 16 years. A position, if im being honest, makes me feel out of my comfort zone. What stood out to me was Pastor Vlad overcoming major difficulties in his life, such as learning a new language, dealing with the damage to his eye, and contending with trouble/bullies in school and how God kept him. So what he preaches, he practices.

Great message. This past month or so I have finally leaned on following God in everything I can or least trying instead of just believing in God and not relying on him. Could use prayer to continue to be renewed and more understanding of Jesus. God led me to a new job in a rehab so I pray I continue to grow in Christ and will allow the holy spirit to use me as a light and plant some seeds. I know I need him to do it, my quiet personality needs to continue to be beaten out lol. God bless

This message is so timely. Prayed about this very thing this morning. You reminded me of what is unseen. How God has done more than we realize and how are hearts need to always be thankful even in lack. Thank you Lord for what you are doing in me during this season change me through this. I know no matter what you are my God and you are my provider. Praise you God for what you have given I am blessed with all spiritual blessings. I am blessed physically I have a roof over my head, family who have helped me, I have food to eat, clothes to wear, and a bed to sleep in. There are so many that do not even have these things. Thank you God because I am blessed. In Jesus name amen!

Pastor Vlad this Sermon spoke to my heart ❤️ today. Glory to God. I had a difficult time coming to terms with a situation and I stumbled on this sermon. Not only did God speak to me about my current situation but He also commanded me to be a blessing to someone in dire need of finances right now. The last part of this message sums it all. “Dry brook is not a punishment, nor is it a cause for some sin you committed”. Thank you for this! I spent decades in a church where when your “brook ran dry” then there was an assumption that there was secret sin or disobedience. I lived in fear that every thing I did would curse me. I so appreciate truth speaking pastors, like you, who help us understand and reveal the true character of our God. We are desperately praying for provision to make it to the last few days of the Tent Revival this week (coming from Santa Cruz, CA). Please pray with us for this provision! I pray that God continue the work you have started, that these messages are spread throughout the world so that others may be blessed by them.

The Holy Spirit led me to this message at the perfect time to answer some questions I had about my current circumstances. My brook has dried up many times, and it has again just recently. During such times, my faith is tested in more and more challenging ways, and many questions arise. You touched on every one of my questions as if you knew my thoughts. This message couldn't have came at a better time. I have been struggling with trusting God to provide for my student loans and a conversation I had yesterday really was weighing on my heart about the hole I'm in. I had an hour long drive today and I thought "I should listen to one of Vlads sermons to try to help ease my mind about my financial stress" this was the first video that was shown to me when I opened KZfaq today. Didn't even search for it. Thank you so much Vlad for pointing me back towards the Lord. My fiance and I are going to be making a trip to Seattle to visit your church one of these weekends

I remember I almost died 2 times as a kid so I always thank god for that and I remember that in school I was in the total wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people and we were doing the wrong thing and god speared me and did not serve punishment for my disobedience and saved me from punishment in fact because I was supposed to be suspended but I wasn’t and I learned from that

Amen we are in this season...3. When God provides, it may not always be in surplus, but it’s always in sufficiency. Principle 3 - Even if God doesn't give you what you want, He will always provide what you need. Giving thanks for it because it is in this season we can truly see God as our provider, see that God feeds us with Ravens, so thankful for the obedience of the unreliable Ravens God has used to serve us. He can use anyone and anything to meet our needs. He has been provided a daily bread. Be grateful with little so you will have a heart a gratitude in abundance. Substance: Covetousness is always wanting what others have, develop envy in our hearts, ingratitude feelings will foster internal unhappiness and do attract more poverty than prosperity. 5. When God provides, blessings can come from the most unlikely places. This is so so true, so true but we must recognise it. Bless God for such an inspiring word, so timely, so precise with great hope. Thank you...all the 7 point were on point, every one of them speak to me, met me where I am. Give God the Glory and thankful for your faithfulness.

I am thoroughly enjoying listening to ALL of these sermons. The part that stood out to me most from this one was when Pastor Vlad talked about the ravens, and why didn't God use doves, the symbol of peace? But He uses ravens, unclean birds, the least desirable to bring you food... and yet, God will provide for His children, and He sometimes uses ravens to do it. That is just such a powerful thought. We are supposed to be in the world, but not of the world... but we're still IN the world. And God doesn't want to take us OUT of the world because otherwise how will people who don't know Jesus come to know Him? Pastor Vlad, you have a gift, to pick out things from God's Word that tweaks my mindset and gives me a new perspective I didn't have before. Thank you.

This year started good. Money coming in, bills getting paid, then bam. I got pregnant at 42 years old, high risk, bleeding, been off work for 3 months. Bank account slowly draining. I went to depression about finances and my baby if I will carry to full terms, 9 months. I needed to hear this. Thank you God. Still, why pregnant at 42? I will give this baby to God.
