Good on you. I have FASD aswell. I live in a trust though. My parents will not let me live indepenantly

He seems to have maintained a good attitude throughout life which has helped him. I'm nearly the same age but have achieved a lot less than him.

Try eating more chicken and take vitimin b supplements.
