Exactly, that's also my fave part, I just don't understand WHY he was yelling for HUNTER like itd really do any good after all the additional crap he just put HUNTER through. Lol, TOOOOO funny!.

I liked some of the humor in this one especially with the guard dog. This is a classic hero vs nemesis storyline and it was carried off well. I liked how at the end Otto was screaming for Hunter. It gave me a Batman/Joker dynamic in that Otto needs Hunter as his foil and can't function without that enmity.

REALISTIC Pro 30 headphones (from Radio Shack) in the surveillance van. And what's that BEAUTIFUL little shiny microcassette recorder he's using at the grave site????? 28:19 That's not much bigger than the Sony digital recorders I use today! I want one!!!! I just LOVE finding gems like these in old TV shows... real products that you can search out and buy today, only 40 years older on ebay! And how much do you love this Lieutenant who's in charge of the bomb investigation??? A guy who operates like Hunter, and in the end who will get his Captain promotion out of it!!! AWESOME!!!! I like the scenes throughout where he bonds with Hunter and McCall.

My mother taught us to do that when we were little kids. Although I never did it as a child, I had to do it once as an adult. It actually works; and it works well!!

This is one of two episodes of Hunter that has something in common with the movie Die Hard With a Vengeance. The brother of the terrorist John McCain killed in the first DH movie came after him, just like the High Noon in LA episode of Hunter. And this episode of Hunter and Die Hard 3 both have a fake bomb at Chester A Authur High School.

It is actually a lot older, not sure exactly but as a child of the early eighties saw a black and white movie called 'Gaslight". It was made in the forties based on a play, about - A man who psychologically drives his wife insane so he can take control of her fortune.

Rare flaw. They had probable cause to enter and to approach Otto, precisely because of his MO and the connectionm with Hunter's fiance, further strengthened when Otto plunged through the window to escape.
