Word of advice: Just because you can’t get tickets now doesn’t mean more won’t be available down the road. Many people give up their tickets later and you can get them for a reasonable price. I’m pretty bummed about not getting any especially since I had floor seats for MOTS but there’s still a chance. Don’t be hasty and panic buy overpriced resale tickets.

Ticketmaster was trending on twitter and i saw a lot of armys experienced what you guys experienced.. I guess you should simultaneously try to queue on all the dates and see which ones will you be able to get the tickets on.. It's harder to gamble on just one day knowing how many people are wanting to attend plus ticketmaster having problems like this.. Best of luck familia!!! Sending you all my energyyyy!!!! Still cant believe how hard it is to purchase tix now. Been an army since 2014, i watched their red bullet concert,purchasing tix was so easy back then. We bought the cheaper tix coz i wasn't that big of a fan. When the show was about to start they made us move to closer seats (vip seats), coz half of it was empty. Fortunate to have watched bts 4x, until Wings tour. They havent returned here since 2017 🤧. Wish you all the luck Familia.

Just remember at some point you will see them because BTS wants to see you as much as you want to see them. I on the other hand because of my cancer will never see them even though I have been watching their videos in the hospital since 2013. I remember their very first trailer for their very first video. I was watching a kpop group that is not together (U-Kiss) when their trailer popped up. So please believe us we know your pain but know that BTS will see you if you can find a way this time it will be beautiful if not there will be another opportunity.

I definitely feel your pain and waiting in that queue took waayy longer than the previous concerts. I was so prepared to enter the queue right away and still had 2000+ people ahead of me..I anticipated to get seats in the 100 sections but only the 500 sections were left..it blew my game plan and seeing the seats disappear before my eyes made me even more panicked. Don’t lose hope guys..keep going for those tickets!

I felt the same frustration when trying to find a ticket. I've seen lots of videos saying do not give up because seats do become available as time nears the concert dates. I hope you two are able to see one of the shows 💜

my biggest tip is to join the waiting room before the actual sale because it puts u in a line!! if u go in right when the sale starts ur gonna be at the very back of the line :(

I had the same presale date as you guys. I was on my desktop buying tickets (and on my phone chatting with FB friends who were doing the same). We were all going through it!!! ( And it was worst than MOTS as TM invited everyone across the US and Canada who had MOTS tixs for the 4 shows in LA!!!) I did get tickets for 11/27 for myself, a new Army, her daughter and sister. For anyone buying tickets on 10/7 or 10/8 PLEASE READ AND DO THE FOLLOWING: ~Have your Ticketmaster account login info ALREADY saved. No need to enter info if its already saved. ~Go in and update all preferred payment information ASAP. DO THIS BEFORE THE SALE (Please do this as it will speed up the purchase process) ***IF YOU HAVE A CODE, USE THE LINK ON THE EMAIL FROM TM : So many who did not use the email link and got some type of error trying to get in. ***Copy and paste your code to a Word doc and leave it open (that way you can just copy and paste your code into TM) ***Log in 1 hour before sale ***PLEASE NOTE: TM changed the rule and would only let us into the "lobby" 30 mins before the sale when they originally said it would be 1 hour. So I login to my TM account early just to be there and watch the clock countdown (I selected the date I wanted and then CLICKED ON EVENT INFO and that took me to the countdown clock). ONCE THE CLOCK IS AT THE 30 MINUTE MARK, YOU MUST REFRESH YOUR PAGE to get into the page with the link that says "JOIN THE WAITING ROOM". This is the ONLY time you should hit refresh. (So many people did not know to "refresh" at this point and they were sitting idle while others were moving forward!!!!) From here, the countdown clock will continue until the sale begins. Remember this is the only time you will hit "refresh". Once you are in the "que" DO NOT HIT REFRESH AGAIN as it will boot you out. ***When the sale begins you will move into the Que... ***Please note: When the Que in slow or on pause (as you saw in the Mexinese video) DO NOT REFRESH!!! It is not you but TM having issues that THEY SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN. They control who goes in next. I waited over an hour...and the little dot was moving but the "2000+" stayed the same. It is TM controlling it and they explained in on their page under "Que Q&A" If you hit refresh, it will boot you out and you will be back at the end of the "line". The closer it got to my time is when the numbers started going down. You will hear a "ding" when it's your turn SO DON'T LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER. If you miss your chance to enter, TM will ask you if you are still there......and then they will move to the back of the line! Buying Tickets: Look for areas that have the most seat remaining if you don't care where you sit and just want tickets, especially if you are buying more than one. That literally is the best way to go because as you saw, you can click on a seat in a desired area and it will be gone. Some people had to do make selections 10x before they got a seat. If this information helps one person get tickets, then it was worth sharing.💜

Chances are still there. I really hope you guys get those tickets. Many of us have not got tickets or never been to BTS concert including me but we are rooting for you. Fighting.💜

I had the same exact experience yesterday. Hours spent clicking with no luck. There is a shining light from a post from a fellow ARMY: This is the post. I know it made me feel better and hopefully you too! Advice to BTS ticket-buyers from a lawyer, mom and fellow ARMY: if you don't get tickets in the pre-sale, or want a better ticket, wait until Oct. 12, when Ticketmaster will let ppl resell and transfer tickets. It's tempting to panic and buy from a secondary site /1 Love you Familia!

Never lose hope familia .. let me share my experience.. the same happened to me when I was in Amsterdam and was so depressed till the day of the concert..but I still went on the day to the venue of hoping to see them somehow..I was really happy for the Army's who made it but somehow still wished for a last minute miracle..meanwhile formed a group with other ARMYs who couldn't get the ticket outside the concert hall .. played music really loud and had our own party..I kept trying for resold tickets and FINALLY got ticket for a really far away seat 1 HOUR before the concert started.. 🤩 (although it cost twice or thrice to the original price and I went broke) I din mind where I got the seat but was just so happy to finally meet them in person..it was the happiest day of my life 💜 I cried when I got the ticket..when I saw them first and when they said bye..it was magical..so never lose hope familia .. you guys are pure at heart 💜 and will definitely get to go.. 😘

I want you guys to go so badly. I went in 2019 and it was the best concert I ever went to even though I had nose bleed seats. I had 1st row seats last year but as you know they canceled. I feel your pain! I hope you succeed today. I'm going to try today as well, but after watching this video and hearing the stories on twitter, I'm doubting it. I'm trying to get into a good mind space, wishing everyone success, feeling happy for all the Armys who got tickets, and thinking about being able to attend the online concert no matter what.
