The nicer areas always have the highest prices. Go to Oakland or out in the Central Valley and you'll find lots of affordable, cheap flea markets.

It can be quite challenging to find deals, but you can get lucky sometimes!

to combat that you need to learn more about your niche. for example the guy in the video you can tell he’s mastered the jewelry niche so he can find things that slip through the cracks so to say. you have to increase your knowledge.
