Sander drives to a local 'militariabörse' (Military Antiques Show) in Germany, where lots of small dealers and house cleaners sell there stuff. Once back in the hotel he tells about his new findings. Amongst all the stuff are a few WW1 'Pickelhaubes' (Spike Helmets), a M38 late war Fallschirmjäger (Paratrooper) helmet, visor caps, a genuine pair of high lace Afrikakorps boots, a M.G.Z.40 optics box and many German WW2 medals. Philippe De Bock, renowned for his knowledge about German Combat Awards and writer of 'The Panzer Assault Badge of World War Two' book, talks to Sander in the hotel about the PAB's that Sander just picked up at the show. Philippe helps Sander to authenticate his badges and also determines the makers of each badge (Carl Wurster, Frank & Reif, Rudolf Souval, A.S. in triangle and Alois Rettenmaier) . He also shows how to find a badge in his newly updated (limited edition) volume of the Panzer Badge book. You can contact us at info@bevo-militaria.com if you wish to buy a (signed) book from Philippe, and we will get you in touch with him. All the items you see in the video will be offered for sale on our website in the upcoming weeks www.bevo-militaria.com
