New Sub here. Great video and really pleased this popped up in my feed as I was at Slab Records maybe a couple of days before you as they had the 20% off sale . I bought about 20 albums some of which I have shown in my latest video (got to do a part 2 for the rest). Cheers

Yeah £35 for Sad Wings Of Destiny is a bit steep. I bought it when it was first released back it 76, i probably only paid about £3 or £4 for it if you're lucky, its long gone now though. I could kick myself for getting rid of my vinyl, probably worth a pretty penny now. Anything that was released between 75 and 83 i bought on release, first presses by Zeppelin, Sabbath, Uriah Heep, UFO, Yes, ELP, Judas Priest, Thin Lizzy are just some that are long gone.

I always engage with independant record shop owners and generally always develop a good relationship which stands me in good stead for repeat visits. Pretty certain that wouldn't be the case with that bored looking shop assistant!
