At least what he said was interesting. Most of the city/town council meetings I have watched have been so very boring. Or if they aren't boring they consist of local people arguing about petty things as though the city council is a teenage clique. Much eye rolling included

They deal with worse. Theirs some people who go on about craziness. But you can talk about whatever you want as long as you stay on the same topic and don't stop talking. They can say your time is up if you pause in your speaking. Otherwise you could go on for 8 hours about anything and they have to listen.
