There are errors in the translation "Tournüre" is translated with manners, when in fact it mean crinoline, "Lorgnette" is not an operaglass, etc.

Das ist mit Absicht so, da Sie ja aus der „Unterschicht“ kommt und nicht wirklich weiß wie „Migräne“ ausgesprochen wird. :)

This is the opera to have someone cut their beginners Listener's Teeth on: great, too for the reluctant viewer. There's a version in English that does a fine job of translating while focusing on the comedic 🤣🤣🤣 aspect. 🎶💖🎶💖🎶

Sitzpredseda Funt I actually think it’s Všetko je preč. Alles ist futsch - which is German slang for everything is gone:)

@@elenaschafermusic Hahaha, thanks. The Slovak language has many loan-words from the German language. I thought 'futsch/fuč' is derived from 'fúkať/odfúknuť' = 'blow/blow away' :)
