This song was written by Taka (vocals) for his friends, the title c.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h represents the initials of his friends. But in 2020, one of them passed away, and he dedicated the 2020 performance of this song to his friend. That was the saddest version of this song, he had a difficulty holding back his tears. As a One Ok Rock fan, this song will never be the same again after that emotional performance.

That's why I like Yesung, when singing a song he always makes the song like his own, when singing Suju's song his part always becomes iconic and becomes his part, in the sense that even when Suju's member performs his part no one can sing it perfectly (i mean brought it with the same feel) but when Yesung brought the other member's part he always made it very iconic. I may look biased, but that's how I feel maybe it's because yesung has a soulful voice and his interpretation of songs is the best

Yesung is my utmost favourite too. Did you happen to notice that Taka was holding the mic stand in the same manner as Yesung. I love one ok rock and chaosmyth is my most faorite song by them. I hope yesung did justice to this song Also, i have attended one ok rock’s concert when they came to my country and it was absolutely a great experience . We were forbidden to record snippets from the concert, moreso, upload it in social media. That’s why no one was holding handphones during the concert.

To be honest, it's really hard for me to tell if any Beyond Live performances are live vocals, whether SuJu or not, because the audio can be really weird at times to the point where sometimes it doesn't quite match mouth movements. I DO BELIEVE that he is singing live at the venue, but I don't know if Beyond Live is giving us those same vocals in real time, or slightly tweaked. Before they did concerts with live audiences during the pandemic, the Beyond Live concerts were pre-recorded and shown "live" later, but I think it's different now. Anyway, Yesung is absolutely amazing and a beast for doing this! I will probably watch this 50 more times before I force myself to move on, lol.

He was singing live, the audience were kind of muted in the beyond live, I think? I can barely hear the audience even during SJ's performance or the other performances. Also, the beyond live didn't really have great camerawork, tbh. In my opinion, the camerawork suck at some performances 😭 There were a lot of posts saying that when Yesung came out, people started screaming and the audience were so surprised and excited when they recognized that he was going to sing chaosmyth. Yesung did really well on covering the song. I am so proud of him. This genre suits him so much. I am looking forward to his next solo album 😭💙

I was in awe and lost for word when I watched his performance in beyond live on the SMT day2. I saw some short fan vids on day 1 and I knew that he would did great as he always did in rock genre. But when I saw the full performance myself, it was not just great. I just couldn't find the words to describe it. Absolutely stunning and the best live performance of him so far for me. He sang in his own style with deep and sincere emotional delivery, leaving the fully satisfied feeling in my heart. And his song choices in the liver performances are always special.

Japanese concerts always seem amazing. The crowd is usually right into it. Covid makes it a bit weird though, because they have to be quiet. I actually have a live double album for one of the Japanese groups that I follow and sometimes it's disconcerting to listen to, because there's no crowd noise.

I know I'm commenting really late but i really don't think any of his ook covers were sung live. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of him but I'm afraid we were fooled. Check out his two live performances from the Japan event from 2 days ago. You can clearly tell that Slide Away was live but C.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h wasn't. I have observed his live vocals for yearss now and it's very easy for me to identify when he's lipsyncing. I blame his company. If he wasn't trained to sing rock songs, why are they setting the wrong expectations? I kinda get this feeling that he has realized how much we love his voice in rock songs but he's helpless here.
