Key to waking up and feeling fresh and ready to go is don't eat past 7pm. Eating past 7pm when the body starts to digest the food and when you are sleeping the body is working overtime at triple time speed to break down the food and this causes you to be sluggish and tired the next morning.

Ackee like sand , the rain 🌧️ helps them to open up more I will just have to look at my can one for now 😔

True true waking up early is for me can’t sleep late. I have to b up before r by 6am and I have to shower as soon as i am up that’s being my routine for years,makes me feel better and energized.

I am an early riser and it do me good for the rest of the day.

Early or late wake i am most times ok once i wake up on my own. But for me once i have my last meal by 6 or 7pm i am less likely to wake up tired..... also i do not use sugar not evrn buy it if i eat sugar the next morning my body tired painup misearble oh my lord i was so surprised how much more energy i had after cutting sugar bout 3 years ago. Ackee fe days. we dont eat... we it 😅😅😅😅 it e food food nuh nice when u eat but wen u it darn 😅😅😅

True Asafa, getting up early makes the dream works; it keeps you in control, more focus, energize, ready for the day. If you get up late, the Elderly would say you turn worthless when the sun is up while you are in bed. So yes the feeling you have is the same for anyone. Once you get up early is a sense of positivity starting a brand new day. The key to all of this, It's better to be early than late makes a whole lot a difference in your everyday life. Even in school and work it allows you to dicipline yourself yo get up early for school and work so it's a good practice for our life journey.
