It is not that cimple in Canada. You need provincial certification in ECE to work.

Micheal, let your wife apply for a visitor visa if she lands in Canada she can do a short course related to her career or change the visitor visa to a student visa while still in Canada. if she gets a study visa you are eligible for an open work permit. Otherwise her career is in high demand in Canada.

@@magandadan It is hard to go any higher when she has Master degree in ECE. This job can be done with a diploma or a Bachelor degree. Studying backwards (say PG Diploma or another Master degree) or something unrelated could get her study permit application refused. In 2024, proof of fund increases to 20635 gic + tuition + misc. I see some risk in this move.
