2024, I still come back to this absolute gem of a song. I remember picking up this album the day it came out. This song has and always will have a special place in my heart. A band that should of had so much more.

I'm here because a drunk guy recommended me this band, the guy clearly has good taste.

Odd case of a band that got a ton of radio play but was pretty much completely forgotten just a few years later. Hurt was a much higher quality Alt Metal band as well, making it even dumber. Overshadowed by countless crap in mainstream rock over the last decade. Vol 1 and 2 are both excellent, especially 2. This is one of my favorites they recorded.

Will forever be my favorite band. They seemed to always play the soundtrack to my life. And 20 years later, here I am again. Pissed off, heartbroken and jamming.

HURT is one of the best bands I have ever listened to, all musical geniuses, and not a soul knows who they are...

I truly wish this band would create another album. They are one of the best hard rock bands that are sooooo underrated for the fact of commercialism. Please create another album!

HURT fans don't go to shows to mosh or crowd surf. We go to enjoy the hard work these amazing individuals put into their art.

2020 Lockdown - On to the underrated classics!

Saw these guys at a concert maybe 10-12 years ago. I can't remember. They weren't even on the list of names. It was Seether and maybe Breaking Benjamin or something like that, and some other band lol. Three Days Grace, I believe. These guys came out last and one guy had a fucking violin, the singer, maybe.. And I was hooked. One of my top favorite bands ever. They were the best of the bunch. I went to that concert for Seether and left loving Hurt.

I'm glad I got to see this band multiple times. Wish this band would have stood the test of time

I'm here to start a campaign for HURT to make a big return and be bigger and better than ever. Always loved this band and HURT clearly didn't get the credit they deserve.

A guy that used to work matinence at my church always wore a Hurt T-shirt when I was in middle school/early hs. Let's just say, I regret not checking these guys out earlier.

Saw this band as an opening act for who, I don't even remember because they blew me away that I can't even remember. I just remember it was the early '00 and I think it was maybe Three Days Grace or Seether, which says a ton cause I LOVE Seether. I cannot understand why bands like Hurt and Blue October are not 2 of the biggest band ever.

I just seen a post on Facebook. I sure hope to see them come back to live performances. JLoren yes!

People have the wrong idea about musicians they think we all make a shit ton of money that is not true.... It was an honor sharing the stage with hurt definitely one of the best shows I ever performed

Still here, this song is like sitting in a shell for so long, when you finally pick yourself back up and shake off the rust and dust and find out who you truly are, no longer letting people get under your skin, but being able to see through them, and being stronger than them.

I absolutely love these guys. Such variety from one band. He sings with passion and its not sell out, just to make money kinda music. Its soulful. My favorite by him is wars. Love the vid too. I first heard of Hurt on spotify a few months ago. If you dont have spotify its an app for android. Pretty good, I recommend it. It allows you to listen to bands you never heard of along with the greats. For instance, search for chevelle, and spotify gives a a list of similar bands. Im not promoting spotify, nor am I getting paid to mention them. Just letting everybody know thats how I found hurt. Other cool bands I recommend too....the veer union, adema, and chevelle. I hope hurt gets more sponsorship and grows bigger. Id like to see more from them.

Discovered them way back in 2003 with their album The Consummation. Have Loved this band for many, many years, their music never get's old. Ten Ton Brick is a good anger management song to rage with while played really loud. It's one of my go to songs on a Friday night. :)
