Definitely great idea for Vitamin D up here in WA! Its recommended to take i think about 5000 IU a day

DEFINITELY gonna want to keep up on Vitamin D3 and Magnesium living in the PNW where the sun rarely shines and it rains 350 days a year. And yeah, I'm a Connecticut guy myself, so when I was stationed in Washington in the Navy it took a while for it not to be crazy that I'd leave the barracks or later my house and there's Mount Rainier.

I have a list of collab's I'm hoping to do, but am putting them on hold right now for two reasons: 1.) the pandemic, 2.) I'm focusing on rehabbing my arm . once those two things are out of the way, then there will be some amazing content being pushed out!
