In my home too, we have bottles for each of us, and we drink throughout the day from it. There is nothing rude about it. Our bottles are always in a sitting area or dining area where we spend most of our time. Right in front of our eyes. So children or us don't get too lazy to get water. Bottles are washed every alternate day filled thrice a day, and we are sorted.

U can add eggs in milk smoothy or can make left over bnana muffins as breakfast .it will have eggs n fruits add coconut in batter , chia seeds etc n use jaggery instead of sugar . ❤ hope that helps

I am busy every day like you. I have got 3 children, and my son goes to high school by himself and comes back home himself. My daughter goes to primary school, and I drop her off at school and pick her up from school. Then my other daughter is at home but she will be going to go to nursery soon. I live in the UK
