At first I thought so. However with lottery winnings there are taxes taken. If the woman took the whole amount and not an annuity; then she is taxed more. Then her ex husband took her to court for his half and attorneys cost money. Therefore, the 50 million she gave the clerk sounds about right.

This is a great story! But, being a 4x cancer and treatment Survivor... hair does not grow back that quickly or that length is 6 months. It's also worth mentioning, that rarely does it come back the same color or texture. But I still loved the video!!
