I’m going back and watching these as Eleanor is being brought into the family, and I miss Shelby so much. Little El is so lucky to have her two older sisters. It’s like deja vu! Memphis is like “you brought this for me?” And now we say the same about Kira! The way Shelby acted here was identical to how Memphis did with El

Shelby didn't die yet when she met Kira .Shelby died in September of last year from complications from kidney disease on September 5th 2019.Shelby was put to sleep

I am crying soooo hard right now for 3 reasons 1.) She looks like Oakley 2.) She is ADORABLE 3.) I WANT A HUSKY SOOO BAD To all you guys saying she does not look like Oakley. I dont mean literally. I just mean they are the same color. I am not talking about how fluffy they are or how big they are or what their face looks like. I am just saying they are both Black and White. I know how you where feeling about getting another black and white husky, reminding you of your past dogs. My Greenlander Scott passed away recently, and although I was still grieving (I still kind of am) the kennel he originally was from contacted me, to check out a dog they had to let go, because he doesn't like pulling sleds. This dog's a grandchild of my old one and looks very much like his grandpa, so when I took him for the first walks I cried a lot. But he is a super sweet dog and a great hiking buddy, and I'm sure Scott's looking down on us happy that we've found each other

It's hard to believe Kira is so much bigger now. My own puppy has grow so much too, soon I'm not gonna be able pick him up. He's a few weeks younger than kira, but he has enough energy to keep up with her if they ever were to meet.
