If it won't start check the compression if it is good check for spark, if it has spark check the air gap between the flywheel magnet and ignition coil, if it is really close to the magnets but not to the point it will make contact that way you have plenty of spark, if it isn't loosen the screws to move the coil closer to the magnets you can turn the nonmagnetic side of the flywheel to set the gap and then turn the magnetic side of the flywheel to check if it is close enough that you have plenty of spark, if it still won't start the issue could be either fuel related or the carburetor needs to be serviced the inlet screen in the carb could be clogged with debris the fuel filter can't get, the diaphragms could be bad or one of the holes in the carburetor are clogged 🤔
