It's curious how a POV changes from person to person, you know... I look at this landscape and I see a complete nightmare. I'd get very, very, very sick in a cold place like that. I would pass out on that walk (I'm not exaggerating). But I'm glad he enjoyed himself, and also proud of him. It's cute. He looked so happy.
