precious Fox...she didn't want to admit she'd never been on a horse...so she deserved. It wasn't dignified of her "status" to not know how to ride, so she did it. I've watched the entire series 2-3 times when it was on Netflix!

There are so many “favorite” Hyacinth moments. Hyacinth riding a horse, or at least trying to and the episode where Hyacinth makes a detour to avoid Elizabeth from finding out the house she stopped at was not Onslow’s house. She crosses over the person’s back yard lawn and climbs the fence. Every time I see that, I roll on the floor, laughing. I loved the show. Too bad that PBS took it off from us. 😂😂😂😂

I grew up in a vilage where there were horses too. But I've never seen anyone climbing on a horse like this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Whenever I see someone on a horse, I admire them...because I've never been on one and am terrified of going on one, so thanks for not having to do it! I would look like Hyacinth on a horse, would I accept such a challenge!

You should try it. We have special mounts, gear and horses for newbies. The horses know exactly what to do. You just sit there. There are numerous ways to mount a horse very easily. From step platforms, from fence rails, from truck beds, rope cinch ladders, etc. Nothing like Hyacinth.

You should try to at least get to know horses. They're such beautiful, great animals. And although they're big, they can get scared easily. Once when you get to know them and gain their trust you will see that it is not that scary. You should try. There are programs for beginers and you start slowly.

@@JohannaNazareen1225 I wish I could, but I don’t like being high on an animal that has the potential of throwing me off. I feel that I have no control on a horse. Patricia is most definitely a perfect rider when she looks so clumsy.

I've only ever been on a horse once. It was my friend's horse and he was so gentle. However, my friend just guided him while I was on his back - I didn't try riding him on my own. I was mostly content to just feed him and pet him. He always looked forward to the treats I gave him when I left.

I watched this episode last night and I have not laughed at something the way I like that for yonks! Absolutely hilarious. I was 2 when this came out and can hoenstly say they do not make comedies as quality as this any more! Absolutely brilliant xD
