did you notice if the alcohol was watered down or not? i’ve recently been reading that many all inclusive resorts water down their alcohol to almost 50% water. we will be going to Zilara in March

Hi. The drinks were not watered down. However, here is a tip. Look at the bar display and ask for premium spirits that you like. If you ask for a generic cocktail, they will pour house spirits which are cheaper. Instead ask them for specific brands. And you must try the Mezcal cocktails at Cantina , which is open in the evenings. Those were the best we had. Have a wonderful holiday in March. :)

I know it's all inclusive but do you leave tips after a meal, like the one at the Japanese or at the cafe? if yes how much do you leave? thanks

Hi. Yes an all inclusive includes gratuity (tips) as well. We did leave tips but it's not mandatory. Tipping is a very North American culture. If you can afford to, please do. But if you can't even that is okay because you've already paid the tips in advance :) However, your tip can range anywhere between 1 USD to may be 15. Plus if you're happy with the service you can tip higher as well. Does this answer your query?
