I wasn’t paying much attention to Yoonchae before, bc I figured she would get a free ride into the final lineup since she was the only Korean trainee left, BUT she really stood out to me in this performance. Her English pronunciation is so impressive and her dancing is very captivating. She’s clearly a very hard worker and I’m excited to see her as part of the team ❤

Daniela and Megan as a future danceline will work great and it's also nice to see them again with the best dancer in the field Emily. ❤ There is no rule that there will always win the best in such projects. Popularity and concept are also important criteria. I somehow feel the cruel side of it and also see some necessary connections and needs. Not all of this really says anything about a person's worth, I hope Marquise and Emily know that. You are wonderful! We all are always looking for places where our talents are appreciated, where we are needed and where we can arrive. The first and most important place to do this is always in ourselves. :) Everything else can be found. ❤

It still kills me that Emily didn’t make it. She literally killed every performance, went viral for each of her fancams on tiktok (sometimes more viral than the most popular contestants), and was such an all rounder. The voting system worked against her in the end, I fear. I hope she somehow gets the chance to be in a group because we’re missing out on seeing her dominate the stage, which is a shame.

Same. Emily really deserved to debut. She's objectively the best female dancer Hybe had. She's a professional who won a lot of awards since she was a kid. Her talent is gold. If you watch her other dance videos even before Dream Academy, she always has that strong charisma, confidence and versatility. It's so disappointing how the DA viewers didn't really like her and thinks she's just cutesy. She only has a small fandom but despite that, she managed to go viral in Tiktok and her talent was constantly praised by non-viewers. What a huge loss for Hybe. Hopefully, Emily will get a better opportunity in the future to shine brighter.

I think Emily really killed this stage! I already know Daniela and Megan are amazing but Emily caught my eye here because she noticeably improved a lot! She's so good and it made me sad she wasn't picked to debut because she has the talent. I personally think the reason she didn't make it to KATSEYE is because she didn't fit the combination of the other girls. But I hope she continues her dream, I'm sure she has a bright future ahead!

Well actually, the judges gave Emily a high score and she tied with Lara at 4th place. The only reason she didn't make it to the group was because she had the lowest fan votes. Hybe wanted her in the group but sadly, majority of Dream Academy fans didn't like her. She never got enough support since the start of the show. Emily deserves better and I hope she'll be successful if she pursues solo career in the future.

I think VCHA's age is average 17? So that song is for their age, they will come out with graually cool songs hopefully. I actually like the y.o universe.
