Based on what I saw from PC, those hybrid BB/CV operate like both a BB and CV where you can pilot the squadron of aircraft and also autopilot you ship as well

I think the D7P’s air strikes are incredibly balanced. I’ve seen them be completely useless and completely broken in the right scenarios. And the 12.5 range means you’re putting your 25 mm armored, slow, sluggish cruiser in an aggressive island spot to use them, which can backfire in a cruiser with no torps

Welp looks like I got to quit legends all together like pc

WG has been hinting at least to me that Hybrid ships were coming for a long time some of the none hybrid commanders have skills for AP bombs and torps, so this was fore told a long time ago. And I say this mark my words subs well come to this game, just watch WG may say no but they have lied in the past. Now this is how I think the line well go. It well split off staring with Tier 6 were Nebraska well be our tier 6 the start of the line, why Nebraska it is a North Carolina-class battleship hybrid so it fits that tier, Next is Delaware at tier 7, why it is an Iowa-class battleship rework fits the tier, Next could be the Kearsarge at tier 8 why it looks like a Kansas with the gun turret look, And Louisiana is the Legendary ship to buy for bureau or already in the bureau, Now I could be wrong for tier 8 as Kearsarge could be the campain ship, and Louisiana could be the Tier 8, but its a Montana-class battleship hybrid so I am on the fence, but we have Maine so maybe it could be? The BB on the far left looks like Rhode Island the Tier 10 PC ship so tier 8 or Legendary on console, now it could be also the campain ship or even the bureau ship, because I do think this campain ship is a BB not the Vallejo CL that most think well be the ship this update, Vallejo is going to be the Haida of this update, Enterprise well be a event like the Centurion was in the Rome event, now I think the Hybrid line well be like the Japan light CL line was in open a set amount of crates get a ship for sure.

Here is what I see happening. Camp ships are mostly trash as of late. The good ships are researched e.g. Zao (Excellent) etc... Next camp is a Worchester style but for fire spam the Zao for me is un matched so my 2 cent. Below is a comment for the bordino. I do expect it to show at some point but WG need to consider new players as well. Playing since start. and many new players cannot get good ships so we smash them with tools and skill.
