Straight up, I've watched this about 50 times (no hyperbole), because it screams out so much of what I love in life. Every movement, facial expression, step is so articulate and tells a tale second by second, beat by beat. Oozing style and attitude. What an incredible piece of culture and art expression at work. Exemplary. Explosive. Thank you for your excellence. This has encouraged me to watch and learn more about Bharatanatyam. PS. I want more!

Same. I can't stop watching. And I've been enjoying a bunch of other Usha Jey clips since encountering this one, but this is the one I keep coming back to. It has power and fun and bravery and artistry in doses and combinations that I just haven't seen anywhere else.

The only disappointment with this is that it didn't last longer! Fantastic and genius. A demonstration that all of us no matter where we are from can still retain where we come from with where we are now. Love this!

let me just comment about the attitude and the facial expression of these ladies during the dance! That was amazing! Nevermind the choreography, the synchronicity ... they killed it, no doubt! But, the whole layer added by the attitude and facial expressions, brings the whole game to another level! They are awesome!

That hit at 0:33 is bomb, and the way they spin opposite directions after. Then the whole interaction from 0:43 to 0:50 so awesome expression of the lyrics. The intricacy is top notch. But my favorite is how they smile one after another a split sec before "where the love go" at 0:49 , that was just a nice detail

This is the best thing I've ever seen. 3 of the most beautiful women on earth, mixing traditional Indian dance with hip hop, dancing to one of the coldest beats in history. Its only flaw is that i wish it was longer!

it looks good but noone should mix Temple Prasad with Meat curry, especially Beef curry (HipHop) although it tastes good. Bharatnatyam is a Hindu spiritual practise.
