Shifter feels great! I’m really enjoying it. Hybrid claims in current stiffest setting it provides a 25% reduction in throws - I’ll add that it also adds more resistance when shifting - which for me is welcomed.

I had the same problem on my civic si. I just forced it in my shifter cable. Was wondering if he had the same Problem also. Hopefully he can reply back

Yes, In the instructions from hybrid racing it also states forcing the shifter cable to slip into the new base. For me there was some resistance pushing the shifter cable forward, but I’m still able to engage every gear just fine.

I’ve had a 2nd gear grind a couple times since I’ve owned the car... hasn’t happened enough to concern me. I have the GoPro mounted on the dome light using the adhesive mount and extensions.

Yes it is a stiffer feel compared to stock, I’d call it an OEM+ feel with the way I have mine setup - can feel difference from stock for sure but nothing too stiff and great for daily driving 👍

How’s the Acuity shifter going so far mate? I’m undecided between Acuity or Hybrid racing.

It’s pretty stiff side to side and really stiff up and down.

K20Elite23 I can deff feel but I guess I’m just used to k series short shifters and upgrading the tranny side springs and what not... None the less, incredible product. I noticed when installing the cables back in that there is no locking tab like the original shifter box. Hopefully everything will be okay like that lol

That’s not normal, should be able to engage into 5th gear even when the car is parked just like stock.
