హైదరాబాద్ already established. ఇక్కడ software జాబ్స్ 7 lakh పైన ఉన్నాయ్. ఇక్కడ software companies అన్ని తీసి అక్కడ పెట్టేస్తారు అనుకుంటున్నావా. అసలే software dull ga ఉంది. software companies ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పెట్టుబడిదార్లవి కాదు. Software ఉండడం వల్లే హైదరాబాద్ లో ఈ rates, అవికూడా ఎలక్షన్ తరువాత పెరిగినవి కాదు, 25 years పట్టింది ఈ rates రావటానికి. నీకు అక్కడ lands ఉంటే పొలం పనికి, పనికివస్తాయి

Brother it took more than 30 years for it, pharmacy, film, business, education along with 50 central and military institutes to come and develop in Hyderabad. Sentiment of Hyderabad is there from 1956s among telugu people. At lest one kid among 90s settled in Hyderabad. Now not even one graduate is interested to settle in Amaravathi. Also Hyderabad population is 1 crore, Amaravathi is barely 5 lakhs.

Later Pharma ,FMCG,Other industry employees,Central and State Govt employees.Like this nearly 30+ lks of people love on jobs on top of it Various other business people and Realestate people. Hyderabad has reached this place year on year. All Top MNCs are in Hyd and all Major Central and State govt Companies. How can one follow this Rant of Amravathi and buy property there??? People have gone mad I think. They should know that AP has a Revenue Deficit of 25000 crs yr on yr. Later AP has a Debt to GSDP Ratio on a Very Higher side. How will one Invest in a New City construction???? All of it Central Govt alone can't fund. State govt is already living on central govt funds to run the state.

@@vbabji6805 అమరావతి ఏమన్నా దొనకొండ భూముల్లో నిర్మిస్తున్నారా!? లేక కృష్ణా నది ఒడ్డున పంట పొలాల్లో కాదా నిర్మాణం చేసేది!? చిన్నపాటి వర్షాలు వస్తె పంటలు మునిగిపోవడం తుఫాను వస్తె పొలాలకు కృష్ణా నది నుండి నీళ్ళు తోడే మోటార్లు కొట్టుకు పోవడం ఇవన్నీ అబద్దమా!? ఒరే అజ్ఞానికి కేరళలో ఉత్తరాఖండ్ రాష్ట్రాల్లో 2021 లో వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల తో నిర్మించిన అంతస్తుల భవనాల సముదాయాలను హైకోర్టు న్యాయ మూర్తులు దగ్గర ఉండి కూల్చి వేయించారు అలాగే 2019 మార్చి నెలలో కృష్ణా నది ఒడ్డున నిర్మించిన నిర్మాణాలు నది గర్భంలో కట్టిన ప్రజా వేదిక తాత్కాలిక నిర్మానాన్ని కరకట్ట పై నిర్మించిన భవనాలను నారా చంద్రబాబు నివాసంలో సహా కూల్చి వెయ్యాలి అని కోర్టు తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది ఎందుకు? 2019 మే నెలలో కృష్ణ నదిలో ఇసుకను సాంతం తోడేసి నందుకు టీడీపీ ప్రభుత్వం పై 100 జరిమాన ట్రిబ్యునల్ కోర్టు విధించడం జూన్ నెల నుండి కృష్ణా నది బేసిన్ లో వచ్చిన వరద ప్రవాహంతో అమరావతి రాజధాని ప్రాంతంలో కృష్ణా నది ఇసుకతో మేట వెయ్యడం ద్వారా అప్పటి వైఎస్ఆర్ సీపీ ప్రభుత్వంలో 100 కోట్ల రూపాయల జరిమానా కట్టనవసరం లేకుండా జరగడం నిజం కాదా?
