10cr inchi evadaina Tellapur lo enduku konukkunadu? Location is a very big question in deciding a house's price. I am not saying the house doesnt worth. The house may be of 3Cr. Tellapur is not a location to add 7cr more.

450 sq.yds x 1 lac per sq.yd..(prevailing price in nallagandla huda layout)...land price. 5200 sft x @ 2,500 per sft = 1.3 crores....4.5 crs +1.3 crs = 5.8 is the correct price... atmost add another 70 lcs which come to 6.5 crs... but they are quoting 10 crs . 3.5 crs is the premium they want .
