About proxy - Azzap mentioned giving minions a buff to dmg when no enemy minions are nearby. He said that without even thinking of proxy really but I think this could be a good change. One other thing I can think of could be minions applying a debuff that increases damage taken from minions with each hit up to a cap. That way tanking minion hits for a long time would be bad even on lane.

Build won't make you climb unless you are completely trolling (like going tank/crit/lethatlity or something). If you want to climb focus on your gameplay.

As the new champion Smolder is rdy to destroy more hope on the rift, I came to the conclusion what he really is...just another US President who hides his drone attacks as a mother "dragon" obliterating everything in its path. What we need, what the people seek is truth! A costum Smolder skin as Obama where his ults represents tactical airstrikes from drones. the sudden spikes or freezing for 1-3sec are from ur harddrive dying out, happenes often when its about to drop dead especially with riot and their no-shit given client-server system. Also happened to me with a 2k pc 1y old, i changed partition from my hard to my ssd, never happened again

When I used to play Camille I never liked rushing Trinity even though it was "recommend". If you buy Sheen and can't kill your opponent you are effectivly griefing your income because you can't waveclear and you can't get kills and you'll never get prio. Hydra is finally an item again.
