Very nice process buts hard to tell if that is stainless or aluminum it looks like aluminum though. Much more efficient than metal spinning.

You need to anneal the metal, too hard it'll crack instead of plasticly deform.

Maybe you could use instead of plastic film someting else, some planches of steel an anluminim come with a plastic to protect and is used in this process frecuantly.

真是丟人現眼的差勁工法。正確的製程如下，1.模具製作要精細，不需要鋪設保潔膜就可以在鈑件引伸過程不會造成邊角破裂，2.機器引伸壓制時間不需要這麼久，浪費時間。即使模具技製造術差勁之下，鈑件只要套一張塑膠袋即可做安全引伸不會使邊角破裂。引伸過程邊角會破裂的原因是機器下降過快，鈑件材質的選用錯誤，應該選用延展率高的材質。
