Hydraulic Ram Pump
This hydraulic pump works as follows: The water that arrives at the Hydraulic Ram initially exits through a discharge valve, until a certain high speed is reached.
When it reaches a high speed, the discharge valve closes
suddenly ("Water hammer"), causing an overpressure that allows,
automatically increase the amount of water entering the
higher than that from which the water came, without the need of the aid of any external motive force, simply by having a small hydraulic fall.

when installed for normal use, the pump is installed in the streambed or close to the body of water, wasted water goes into the ground and back to the source one way or another. It will pump water way higher than the source is without any input from us 24/7/365 unless clogged

Hey mate ...Yeah I thought vidio was very cool I liked music so it kept me rocking while watching. Some of the stuff for sure you can buy at Bunnings. But to make it so we can see how it works . The valve arrangement in construction... yeah I'd buy the stuff from hardware store, but to get it to slide in out .. so we could see it work . Lot of rooting around to make that and I give the dude 100 out of 100for doing that. but yeah ..I've been thinking about trying to make one as well . But as you say I'd be checking local Bunnings at valve and the fitting arrangement before making valves.

can you make it that the water goes out return in the pump so no water is wasted? Or is it impossible without other force helping?
@Bizzon666
@Bizzon666 4 жыл бұрын
No, it is not possible without wasting water. There is no absolutely "free energy", only free in a way that it costs no money/electricity. You still have to pay the physics "price" according to law of conservation of energy. Ram pumps are useful only in situations where there is plenty of water to be wasted.

The hydraulic ram is a water pump that operates with the kinetic energy of water only. Its use is the transport of water to a higher altitude. The interesting thing about this pump is that it does not consume external energy, ie fuel of a machine, electricity, etc. In essence, it exploits the kinetic energy of water, the phenomenon of hydraulic shock, creating pressure in an air chamber, which with in turn it expands, pushing the water with greater pressure than that which entered the pump. So, in order for the pump to work, the water needs to have kinetic energy, streams, rivers that have a natural flow or from a point where the water is collected, we create an artificial flow using pipes and the altitude difference. History of the Hydraulic Aries The hydraulic ram is based on the principle of the Fountain of Hero, Greek engineer, mathematician and inventor of antiquity. He lived in Alexandria, Egypt in the 1st century AD. Heron built a fountain (fountain) and using the weight of water and air pressure, he sprayed the water higher than the level it was at. He even created a perpetual fountain that ran constantly with the same water without a machine. Today the principle of the Fountain is taught in schools. In 1772, John Whitehurst in Cheshire in the United Kingdom made a first form of the hydraulic ram, which operated manually. The first installation raised the water to 16 feet or 4.9 meters. Following is an installation, in 1783, in Ireland. The first time we meet the self-operating hydraulic ram is from the famous French inventor Michel Joseph Montgolfier in 1796 (Yes, the inventor of the balloon!). In 1797, he also received a patent. In 1816, his sons received the English patent for an improved version. In 1840, hydraulic rams were introduced to America and became a staple on farms. Pump manufacturing companies are created since there is enough interest in them. Towards the end of the 19th century, with the advent of electricity, the demand for electric pumps increased as they were promoted immediately. Thus, the demand for hydraulic rams decreased and almost disappeared. Until we got to the energy problem, after wasting the planet's resources and various global economic games. At the end of the twentieth century, the debate over renewable energy sources resumed. Interesting is the example of the International AID Foundation in the Philippines which implemented the hydraulic ram in remote villages.

Your initial animation is wrong! The extra pressure comes from the shock from the last valve suddenly closing. So it's the water pressure from there that pushes the pressure chamber up, not the water from the left. So your arrows should come from the right, not from the left.

Hey bud how you ? Have you heard of the team WATER HAMMER? Ok so how it ticks right ,, you know how it has a pulsing sound .....each time that vavel closes that has the residual water flowing when that valve shuts the WATER hammer effect is pushed up into the pressure chamber the coke bottle for experiment .... the WATER has no where to go except through the pipe coming out of the just under the bottle in the fitting arrangement is a vavel that works opposite way to the one that has water coming out of it. So in tern u know pen stock pipes hydropower? The weight of water in that pen stock pipes, intern will be the water hammer and that gives it's go go juice. Tick tock 24/7 if you have the WATER supply to start with to feed th I is brilliant invention for us all to use and benifet from . I hope that answers your question buddy take care.

You can not even enjoy all the water, regardless of the mechanism used. But hydraulic ram has the advantage of complying with environmental legislation, since there is a minimum flow volume of the spring that can not be removed, and usually these pumps are installed in the beds of small streams, so a small fraction of the water is pumped to the use and that water leaving the pump follows its normal course.

its not wasted though, in normal cases using these pumps, youre taking water from a stream or pond that is on the ground/in the ground. Any water lost in this system returns directly to the source and there are no losses there. Some of the easiest and simplest ones the person walked the hose down a streambed with their pump still in the stream.

Government seeks to keep all free energy away from the public because then coal, long transmission wires, and oil would be a long thing of the past. There's a video out about the 6 inch tall aliens from South America, and that their space ships are actually generators taking energy from the fabric of space, AKA quantum generators.
