И лучше проходы делать не механическими резцами а проходными а подрезными с углом в 90 градусов уже с припаянными напайками подрезать по чистовой .

И фрезерные работы лучше делать на фрезерных станках не гробя токарных станков .

если люнет для тонкого прута из подшипника и мусора я еще хоть как то воспринять могу, мало ли в каких ужасных условиях приходится работать когда нет, но надо. То державка для пластин без упора это какой то бред. Равно как и следующее за ним недосверло. из какого уг сделана та пластинка я даже знать не хочу. Накатка для упоротых меня впечатлила. Представить не могу себе то ТЗ для которого оно могло бы подойти. да и надолго её и не хватит. ну а сварка трением то еще испытание для ремней станка. а польза сомнительна. даже на видео видно как гуляет левая часть в пиноли. так что свело почти наверняка вышло кривым, а такое можно сразу кидать в мусор.
