This video was fantastic. When you explanations in the next video as much as possible, show a large number of pictures in between / drawings /as possible much as possible. so that it will be even easier for viewers to see when you explain it.

If have any ideas about preparing of hydrostatic PID. what are things need to care during preparation of hydrostatic PID. And some occasions during hydro contractor can't be exactly implemented the PID markups. May be based on site situation or easy way of testing they consider additional flange / Can you please elaborate which kind pratical issue during hydro test. Please explain brother. Thanks lot.

@18.50 small correction bro... Its not operational pressure×1.5 ... Right one is Design pressure×1.5times

Where will you check test pressure at low point pressure gauge or High point pressure gauge?

Design pressure x1.5times =operation pressure
