You remind me so much of my older Jamaican family members as gardeners. We as Africans grow grow as you know so always nice to see a JA man/woman doing their thing too. Neat and clean. What size are the heads of these veg? What is your water and electric consumptuon like. When I get my farmlands would you be willing to visit and share your knowledge and skillset on this scale into the commercial market. Sensible relationship within the community. That's what I know.
