Just got the kit installed! Just need to adjust the fuel. I would be curious what the comparison would be at the different fuel turn outs would be. Without adjusting the fuel i can already hear a smoother running engine. The DPF is great, i like the elimination of tha big black puff at start up. Keep it up and happy to be part of the club!

Format was fine. I liked the voice over since it made things easy to understand without background noise. I didn't understand all the formulas and pressure, flow, etc stuff, but it's great to see you thoroughly testing everything and that I now have 50% more power!! I would like a short instruction video on the fuel screw. I think I got it right but I don't know why there's a little screw within the bigger screw for the fuel adjustment.

We tried to stay at 540RPM for our tests. Like you say, our hp gauge was only valid at 540. They have a little slide rule type chart for other speeds…we used that to do tests below 540. The 2380 is only 15 hp or so, right? 2680 is the bigger one. We saw 2038r was less than advertised as well. Of all machines we tested, this is the only one lower than spec.

Kevin received the kit. I am excited about installing this. However I was sent the DPF can vs the empty can. I have no use for this DPF can and would like to swap for the empty one. I don't want to remove the material inside as I know this is a lot more expensive than the empty can. Well engineered kit and I can say that as an engineer that has built prototypes of aircraft systems. GREAT JOB. The best desire is the most simplest design and this should work really well...

Great real world comparison Kevin! Like you, I also listen to the videos while I’m doing other things so the format works for me. Based purely on engine displacement, the HP results make qualitative sense, if not quantitatively . I believe the 1025r engine is de-tuned in stock configuration (based both on the EPA HP limit and on the wide intended consumer base) so the turbo has more of an impact on its performance than the Kubota. I wonder if the 2038, with its additional engine controls, are impacting your measured results?
