Actually, washing your bedsheets too many times can ruin the bedsheets material,making it really harsh on your skin each time... preferably you should wash your sheets every Sunday, so you get a new start every week.. but everything else about this, is great !!

You can wash it more then once in a week! it depend on your hair type. ❤

That's because your washing it too often, you should give your hair some time to get used to it. Maybe you can wash your hair once less a week every month until you only have to wash it once or twice a week. C:
