thank you for the video presentation, very insightful information 🙏 questions: we don’t need leave in conditioners at all? and we should not use styling creams? how long does it take the hair to recover from hygral fatigue or it doesn’t ever recover from it? once again thank you 🙏

I prefer leave-ins to lock in the moisture and stylers for definition. You can try protein treatment and/or bond builders if you have hygral fatigue.

I have low porosity hair, I wash my hair 2 days a week, workout 4 days a week and sweat in my scalp. I use a moisturizing shampoo and rinse out conditioner but I will start rotating these with an all purpose shampoo. I don’t deep condition, leave in condition or air dry anymore.

I made a mistake and styled my hair with conditioner thinking it was my leave-in conditioner.. I used multiple products on top but I’m just gona prepare for the damage. I can’t rinse this out or restyle it because I have work

Once in a while shouldn't do much damage. And leaving a rinse out conditioner in your hair isn't the worst thing you can do. It just tends to leave a filmy residue on your hair. You should be fine.

I did an Aphogee Treatment and did 3 cholesterol deep conditioning treatments to counteract the dryness. My hair feels sticky now. Is this hygral fatigue?

It sounds like you have product build-up. Cholesterol treatments are good for coating the hair and since you did 3, you coated your hair 3x! Have tried clarifying your hair to remove the build-up and doing only one treatment? Is your hair damaged? If so, how? What is your hair's porosity?

@@wondercurlofficial yes I think heat and highlight damage. It didn’t look that bad before the aphogee treatment just wouldn’t curl much in the front. I just was too patient for the transition period. I think I have high porosity. I will try to clarify. I really appreciate you responding as this has been so stressful!
