How much I miss the music of the organ and classic hymns.

Absolutely wonderful, Rev. Richardson, you have no idea how wonderful it is to hear these hymns of the church, the comfort, and the blessing they give. Today church music has resorted to drums, saxophone, guitars, keyboard, and 7/eleven music. The sacred beauty of the hymns and anthems will forever be with the church. God bless you, Rev. Richardson! The Skinner Pipe Organ was the Cadillac ORGAN in its day. It was the top of the line in ORGANS

Our Forgathers left a precious legacy of hymn tunes and words taken from the scriptures themselves! Beautiful Pipe Organ hymns are so wonderful to listen too! Magnificent playing of beautiful hymns.

ooo my....goosebumps! Years ago I tried learning to play organ/pipe organ.....my teacher, Lois Parsley in San Diego was most awesome musician...he was like a brother to me and my husband, we spent holidays w him and his partner....I know we will see him again... he died oral cancer.....I was too busy, working full time to spend time learning. Lois tried encouraging me, but I wasn't motivated like I am now....am soooo thankful Lois left me ALL his music books....wow, what a gift!

Perfect registration, perfect speed, a masterful example of support for congregational singing and terrific mix of all the hymns we love. The instrument is wonderful, but the master at the keyboard truly defines how inspiring a pipe organ can be when played so masterfully. I for one will treasure these videos. Many thanks

I didn't know Baptists dressed like Catholic priests. Is this a thing in the Baptist church?

What demonization of baptists is this church? I’ve not seen before priestly garments in the Baptist church nor the colorful scarf.

A baptist preacher wearing a collar ?

Very uplifting. But as a lifelong Southern Baptist from Mississippi, I must comment: I have never in my life observed an SBC pastor of a FBC who wears a priest collar and stole, especially a stole with such a divisive pattern, as it relates to our denomination’s beliefs. I needn’t say more on that, except it did sort of distract from the wonderful fellowship of the music.

If this is a Southern Baptist congregation, I'm surprised that Richardson is wearing a clerical collar and robes, since officers of that denomination don't ordinarily wear clerical collars or ministerial robes.
