No offense but honestly this feels as if you downgraded the character, you removed a bunch of stuff solely for the sake of making the differences between the character and regular SSJ Goku more apparently, when really adding more would have been better. ironically, you also removed SSJ Black's flaps/skirt which would have helped differentiate him from normal Soku further, but not only that but gave Normal Black, Normal Goku's stance. Oh and also removed the potara earrings, because why not. The fact I never noticed the costume change really further proves why such the removal of a small detail was unnecessary, especially because I rarely ever noticed them. Your changes to DIvine Retribution are appreciated though, they certainly are a good fix and an improvement. Though honestly I see no reason why it shouldn't just be a lvl 1 with how simple and useful it is. Plus it's one of Black's few original moves as is. I hope the old version prior to the changes demonstrated in this video is still available, otherwise I'll have to save my own copy to my google drive. The most baffling thing is the fact that you did this for Black, but left Merged Zamasu, SSJ Trunks, and Teen Gohan, and SSJ3 Gotenks the same despite being far inferior characters due to their broken nature, some of which (Trunks) Could have been solved by you the same. Elaboration? Just describing what Merged Zamasu could do was enough to throw members of the HDBZ discord into a fritz. He can spawn fireballs, has unblockables, has all the terrible brokenness that SSJ has, but added on. And he has little to no work done on him spritewise. SSJ trunks has absurd range and his Burning attack requires a super jump to dodge, for a level 1 it does far too much damage and does too much chip damage on block. Just reducing the size a little bit like you did with black would be enough. Making Trunks a Zoner doesn't sound that bad at all either. Teen Gohan has an infinite (one that you, yourself made present with a video.) His attacks switch from high blockable to low blockable seemingly whenever he wants (could be fixed with lower or higher positioning of the sprites), he has a kamehameha that does damage if you touch him from behind, he needs more sprites, and so on. SSJ3 Gotenks should have been made more as a minigame. Where you have to defeat him before the timer goes out, (perhaps his KI bar). He can already spam out some absurdly strong attacks for little to no consequence and serves to be one of the biggest nuisances of the entire cast, Z2I and Z2. Originally I was going to post a comment sharing these same sentiments earlier when the video was uploaded, but felt it wouldn't have been appropriate. I've already downloaded the character though, these changes ironically make Normal Black more different from SSJ Black, who is the character you should have just left alone. Which then would have made this perfectly fine to me. But that's just me. I apologize in advance if my tone at any point comes off as rude, by the way.

I kinda don't like the portrait, the face looks a little wrong and the way he's standing is weird. The pants should look like SSJ Black's pants, same goes for the face... but overall it looks pretty cool =D
