That looks like an air compressor. Round tank on the bottom. Don’t think that’s what’s holding the ride down. I’d have a temp compressor there before the day is out.

Interesting! Could it have something to do with the potential/rumoured air gate issue?

@@ThemeParkEnthusiast possibly, typically a compressor replaced this early on would mean the origin broke for some reason (that happens). This would show up more when multiple things run at the same time. So when multiple brakes release and the air gates open (with a malfunctioning compressor) this might cause the ride to run low on pressure. Most parks have a portable air compressor to run rides on until a replacement can be made. Maybe theirs was on the edge of working to where they did not want to switch over the the portable.

@@ryantheridemechanic ah makes sense you explained that in such digestible way! Potentially this might not have been the main issue but seen as its closed they may have decided to do it as well as the rumoured lift?

@@ThemeParkEnthusiast to be fair we think it’s possibly an air compressor and we’ve heard they had some issues with the air gates so I guess it’s for that but not 100% sure
