Hyperion is a nice reprieve from bosses like Nemesis and Ixion. Echoing Wastes isn't too bad of a level, either. I did this with a level 18 weapon that I picked up from one of the hulking destroyer enemies in the room before one of the keys. Being able to fight the boss from a distance really helped, plus it gave me a great view of the concert!

I failed on my first attempt but came extremely close. I got his number now, though. I also have three item slots now and I'm confident I will beat him soon. I love this game.

@@gamingjay141 Oh yes. I beat everything. I'm 3 cyphers away from Platinum. Are you enjoying the game? I loved it, although I'm not enjoying the grind for full collectibles right now. Still one of my favorite games in a looooong time. The difficulty level is perfect in my opinion. It's about the same as other Housemarque games and not nearly as hard as the internet says.

@@gamingjay141 Nice!! The Crimson Wastes are really hard to explore completely. Considering the number of times I went through them, I'm surprised I still have two ciphers to find in the area. I plan on searching some more this weekend after a short break in the last week. Let me know how your search goes!

I found this boss to be extremely easy. Took me 5 days to beat Nemesis, but when I did had lvl 17 weapons so I just ran through Hyperion like nothing. Kind of underwhelming but probably most beautiful boss fight

Bro! I have been watching your videos since I was stuck on the first boss, and I haven’t died since!!!! You are my good luck charm!! And that deserves a subscribe! I was stuck on the very first Biome for 2 days, but then I made it to the first boss again, and decided to look ip a guide. I’m lucky it was you. All the bosses, (minus the first one,) I have faced, I have beaten all on my first attempt… all in one continuous run, of course. I really think your vids are great… but i also think you are my good luck charm lol. Somewhere along the way, i found an electropylon driver. That has helped greatly. I’ll tell you how lucky you have made me. I jumped into this boss fight with a projection portal, (the same thing you were using, I believe,) and I forgot to actually use it lol.. but it doesn’t matter because I still beat this awesome organ boss. Beat him first try, had the portal beam and stood behind the force field consumable that eats up all enemy projectiles and strengthens your bullets towards the end of the 2nd phase of the boss. When the 3rd phase started, the portal beam ran through the shield and finished him within 2 seconds! Didnt really get to see the 3rd phase and came here to see what it looks like. I was dumbfounded when I beat him so fast lol

I beat him first try without going below 50 percent health because I had the "leaching rounds" perk which had a chance to heal me when I shot an enemy

I just beat him on my second attempt AND with full health thanks to a large silphion and a damage silphion and my heart is STILL beating like mad and my hands are shaking.

Thanks again for the great guide! I hit some weird phase where he trapped me with vines for like 15 seconds and shot a bunch of orange stuff at me. Was super weird! And I do think the purple beam was from your gun, as I did not see it; or perhaps you had a weird artifact.

Yeah I had the beam too which helped immensely. But he also did the weird vine thing with my too, once on the second round where it just held me and then once in the 3rd round where it was on both sides trapping me with orange flying at me in patterns.

Once you get going in this game, it's a lot easier than when you start out. Like, now, I'll play until I get a good version of the Electropylon Driver and just wreck enemies.

I just killed the boss, went to scan the item and a tenctacle came out of the ground and killed me. I came to check if this is normal but it seems the game just has it out for me.

Nice i got the 3rd boss on my first try boss 1 an 2 took several attempts...im at the door of boss 4 looking for any tips i can! Hahaha this helps ive got a lvl 21 hollow gun lots of dmg got a major health consumable an a astronaut so if i die im bad wish me luck!

stopped playing for some months out of frustration cause i never got to beat biome 3, Thanks to your video and a lucky lvl 13 Thermogenic launcher drop i finally beat Nemesis today, But damn so weird how easy biome 4 is in comparison to the first 3 biomes.... Beat it in a heartbeat with lvl 17 electropylon driver 30 mins top, no astronaut needed for the boss. so weird

I just got to biome 4 after beating biome 3 boss and I’m a little confused. So now, when I die, I start at biome 4 and rank 15. Can someone explain why? Can I go back to biome 1 and farm stuff? I’m really confused as to why I’ve seen nobody, absolutely nobody, mention that after biome 3, you always start at biome 4 after death. I constantly hear , you die, you go back to the start but not 1 person, out of all reviews and KZfaq vids, mention that you start at biome 4 after dying, as long as you beat biome 3. Oh, how or where do I unlock the ability to hold 3 items? I only have 2 and can’t remember how I unlocked 2nd. Oh, I heard that I can only go back to biome 1 after I complete the game. Is this true? And after completing, I won’t jump to biome 4, right?

After completing the game, you'll go back to 4, but then you can switch between 1 and 4 from inside your ship.

Beat the boss on my 2nd try, had a final phase where he shoots out vines from underneath creating a narrow tunnel making it hard to dodge most of his bullets, then when he was really low on hp, all hell breaks loose when this boss shoots out undodgable bullet storms, almost died loll, luckily I was using the rotting gun, died before I almost did

Yea I tried mentioning that, but I was only able to see it once and I wasn't recording that attempt haha. It's avoidable if you walk in a bit of a circle, but it's very very tough to time.

There is a way to beat certain bosses becuz there's certain guns u need to beat that boss. I use the assault rifle with leech on hit if u have it then thats all u need to beat this boss. With success rate hits on the boss u gain 5-10% hp back its really good, base how well u aim though.

If you got the key to enter the Fractured Wastes, then you can always enter it. It's the same as any other level where you defeat the boss, get the next key, and go to the next level. When you die, the boss respawns, but you don't have to kill it again if you don't want to.

By far the easiest boss. Beat him first time with a meh build and barely took any damage. This was the first boss I beat first try and without watching a guide lol. Carbine. FTW
