Hi, in general how long do these aftermarket displays last before the need for us to change to a new one? Also will it also happen with the stock display provided by Tata in higher variants of Nexon or do manufacturers ensure that displays keep working till the end of the vehicle life cycle through regular updates?

Good to see your videos again brother. I feel that the stock music system that comes in the top end might be better in terms of audio. But I guess the price will be more considering that it is from harman. Bro take your time and then decide after taking feedback from other fellow owners. 👍Yes, for 2020 nexon the data of all doors is enabled in this hypersonic. There are people who have installed it and there are people who went back to stock audio after sometime. Personally, for me it makes an awesome car look cheap. And it does not give Stock sound. Yes, it enables some fancy features but still not worth it. Thats my opinion, i think will install 4 jbl tweeters. If you install it, pls share your experience 👍.

Brother, I mostly use Go Pro 7. I have gimbal and other two sony cameras too but I use them only for travel cinematic videos, Go Pro fulfills all my need for these types of shoots. I am using H1N1 recorder

Thanks Shiva, yep Sung-Sung-Sung fit :).. I will practice more :) I have shot some comparison video of Stock and Hypersonic. Stock sound is really amazing and when I heard Hypersonic sound, doors were open on the car with Hypersonic installed on it because some modification was going on the car so actual sound quality was missed. I am going to meet that guy soon to capture the sound of hypersonic with all door closed. After final comparison I will see if its worth buying Hypersonic. I have seen this 1 KM hour issue in most of Hypersonic system, I guess its due to poor quality GPS :)

I have a known person who has a big and good tyre alignment shop and he showed me a lot of new tyres which were useless due to pinching issue. I was always keen to install alloys but after that experience I made a decision to avoid alloys coz I travel a lot in bad conditions road. But I may take a risk in future :)

I think navigation can be done from your mobile google map gps fitted in a mobile holder and for reverse parking camera you get Reverse viewing mirror fitted with reverse camera display.

Yep there is a audio unit under the glove box. system directly gets connected to the audio unit using a Canbus

I made a decision to buy Nexon after I saw very good looking touch screen in someone's Nexon but after listening to Harman quality, I can not compromise on that quality anymore :) I am about to finish the comparison of Stock and Harman, I will go with Hypersonic only if sound quality is same or at least 19 out of 20.

Canbus is a device which is directly installed to the main audio unit in Nexon which is under the glove box. It activates few extra features, like Door Ajar notification on the screen, Physical Buttons in XM and above will be usable etc

Hello Brother... Parking sensor will not work without Canbus. With Canbus, parking sensor and other features will be activated

Helo sir thanks for the reply I m new to car terminalogy Does it mean along with this touch screen we need to some additional wiring to make parking sensors work or is it inbuilt feature of this infotainment system Do we need to select touch screen which ha canbus in built ? Why dealer is not providing this option He offered blaupunkt and says parking sensors will not work at any cost no other option He also says warranty wil be void if we install outside Not sure wt to do As of now I have asked him install reverse parking camera separately in left side corner in dashboard Please suggest

Performance is best on XUV300, you will love to drive it but mileage goes down Breeza is a good option to consider as this is the only car of Maruti which has 4 star ratings Nexon is an overall good car

Brother, main audio unit is installed under the glove box in Nexon so what we see in the dash board is just the display. So even if we install any after market music system, it will be connected to the main audio unit which is under the glove box so I am guessing that there should not be mush difference. @@RidiculouslyAmazing bhai woh jo hypersonic ka system hai woh ek alag standalone system hai... jiska khud ka apna amplifier and control system hai... stock system mein 2 part hai 1. screen 2. silver box B (jismein amplifier and control unit) glove box ke upar lagaya hai.... jab aap hypersonic install karate ho toh woh apane amplifier se speaker chalata hai naki company ke silver box(amplifier) se.... install karte waqt aapko pata chalega ki ek badi coupler silver box se nikal ke hypersonic ki coupler mein attach ki jati hai....

These player have their own amp so it will not be connected to the original Harman head unit which gives you the fantastic quality

It looks cheap, not sure about sound quality. Stock infotainment gives genuine look but it is too costly on Boodmo around 37k so if someone is fine with this range can go for it else Android is still the option. What you think is it worth buying original Stereo at this price?

@@RidiculouslyAmazing Bought Nexon XZA+ Petrol Variant and I must say stock accessories are superb, I would say if you can check with tata/aftermarket for original infotainment installation then it would be great, I haven't seen live any android stereo to comment how premium it is.

Cheap Chinese systems like Hypersonic will never give good Sound quality like Harman,Blaupunkt,Pioneer and Sony. Go for Blaupunkt Android System, which will give great Audio quality.

Ideally, I'd avoid such electrical modifications/additions since any manufacturer will void the electrical warranty with a blink of an eye. If you go through the user manual, it clearly says, warranty void if music system is opened. Stay with the stock system to avoid any electrical issues. The hype of a touch screen will only last for a couple of weeks. BTW, I bought the 2020 petrol XMA.

Thanks for sharing it Brother..... these discussions are valuable and learning for everyone. I checked the manual and it says that the warranty is void of a music system not the electrical warranty of a car. In low end car which does not come with music system has a 8 PIN connector to connect the music system of our own choice so what I understand is that the warranty will only be void if original wire is cut or peel. What is your opinion.

@@RidiculouslyAmazing True, it's the music system's warranty that'll be void but manufacturers are notorious to void electrical warranty too in such cases. If you share a good rapport with the service center or know your advisor well, I don't see any issues with warranty claims in the future.

I did not go for touch screen. Enjoying Harman sound quality and using my phone for the navigation, Auto dimming IRVM (Same as Harrier) with reverse camera installed from Tata Dealer. Its bit costly though, 15k
