About a year and a half ago I watched this midnight because I was really nervous about performing, the next day(my performance day)It felt as if i had been performing for a long time and i didn’t feel nervous at all, I quickly became one of me director’s favorite because of how fast I was growing as a dancer, and in my chorus class i saw the change in opportunities that were given to me. I have been watching this ever since.

This worked like a charm! I used it for acting, with no singing. My stage fright was bad. I couldn't remember two important lines, no matter how many times I tried to memorize them. I listened to this and when the time came, as son as I steppon onto the stage - magic! I was calm, confident and POWERFUL. I didnt care about the audience in a nervous way, they were just there. I may as well have been in my bedroom! I was so RELAXED but I delivered my lines extremely well and even brought something extra to the character. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I wil come back again and again!

I can't believe after all these years on KZfaq listening to affirmations while sleeping, guided meditations, tarot readings, and saying I think hypnotherapy would be the only thing that could help me with my mental illness but I haven't been able to afford it, that I NEVER LOOKED THIS UP. I've had a struggle with the stage after more than half a life of trauma and yet its the only place I wanna be. Finding my voice and my power again has been stuck at a stalemate. Thanks for your beautiful and reassuring voice. I think I’m able to get the alpha trance. I’ve been listening almost everyday for the past month. My fingers don’t lift or my left hand but I feel the reassurance and confidence building up. I’ll keep doing it and give you more news in a week or so. That’s great! Even when it feels like you are falling asleep your subconscious mind is still receptive and open to positive suggestions. I ask my clients to listen to hypnosis each night before sleep for this reason

I love this, but I'm still missing little bits I can't find anywhere on KZfaq. Is there anyway you could do another video for singing but focus on rasp, heavy metal, and intense soul power? 😁 I love hypnosis, has helped so much but I've got a wall that won't come down to let my soul power out. Throat chakra blocked. 🌸
