Howdy! Tonight I have a lovely trigger assortment with a hypnotic twist! With no talking (except inaudible whispers, verbal triggers and gentle trigger words near the end), it's perfect as a consistent, but not distracting background stimulus to keep you motivated and focused. The slow, gentle triggers are perfect for sleep and general relaxation, and the ethereal delay/echo is like a deep brain massage that both stimulates and soothes. I had a lot of fun filming this (live on twitch actually!) and hope it helps you take on whatever you need to! :)
