I don't think smart trunk is foot activated. Atleast the 2020 elantra I had in US which is same as this 2022 elantra of Pakistan, had smart trunk that will activate and open the trunk on its own if the person carrying the fob key remains in the vicinity of the back of the car for a few seconds. But it can be different in different markets. Mine also had heated seats btw.
