I have 2012 hyundai Verna . I live in Maharashtra , Mumbai . Verna is my father's best friend . The service is excellent , i had very nice experience with Verna . And even their cost is much lower . That's why hyundai is most popular car brand in Maharashtra .i don't found any issue while i service my car , they always service my car perfectly . Last time my radio wasn't working correctly of my Verna , and i went to hyundai service center . They done my work at night perfectly . Really very excellent service .♥️♥️♥️

Advertisement is good but the car? Most of the non metal body parts (like bumper, mounting bracket of A/c) are so delicate that they break at the slightest impact. They have used un standard size of tyres which I learnt when I went to change the originally fitted tyres. Less said about the service the better. They completely fleece you on flimsy pretext. Please avoid their authorised service centers. I've had miserable experience with Advaith Hyundai Mysore. Persistent complaining has had no effect.

I was travelling to Chennai from Kannur(12/10/20) . After around 70km my car clutch cylinder broke down as per the service advisor. I immediately contacted hyundai roadside assistance and got my car towed to the nearest Hyundai showroom(Peeyem Hyundai thalasseri, Kerala). The next day I contacted them multiple times but sadly i never got any quick response .around afternoon i received a call from the service centre and he said the clutch cylinder has been broken. And I was told that it will take 10 working days to do the repairs (still I am waiting.24/10/20) since the Chennai plant wasn't fully functional due to the pandemic so the clutch cylinder availability is not in stock. And above all this is a recently purchased car which has run only 8000 km so far. Have been also facing low mileage readings since I had purchased this vehicle. The worst part is they had sold me the display car from the showroom without my consent and knowledge(ApcoHyundai kannur, Kerala). Honestly the overall experience has been really depressing and still feels very hurtful.

I gave my car for service and the delivery guy came with the car. The front left side window had a issue which was not there before. when the delivery guy came with the car, it was raining and he came with Windows opened so the whole car was wet. seats, dashboard, even the glove compartment. I parked the car and the next morning when I got into the car again, there were dozens of mosquitos. moreover, delivery guy did not bring the service book back which he took when he came for the pickup. I would rate 2/5.

Honestly, in my 4 years experience with Hyundai, I found the car to be of good build quality BUT the service centers are really horrible! The central customer care in Delhi takes your compliant BUT does NOTHING other than forward to the same dealer ... What a SHAME!!

I was using Hyundai santro from 2006 to 2011 nd hyundai i20 from 2011 to 2018 . Worst experience with ganpati hyundai Varanasi (U.P) . This was my last hyundai car & i am switching to maruti . Just because of your dealer at Varanasi i stopped getting service at your service centre . The service centre guys never asked for cup of tea & in advertisements bragging about your service . Hyundai only concentrates on his sale , never on the service . From 2011 to 2018 i had spent almost 90K on your faulty parts of i20 . So plzz hyundai instead of spending money on advertisement kindly focus on your service .
