Okay, My 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid , and many other Hyundai Hybrids ALL HAVE THIS PROBLEM. It is no mystery to Hyundai, although they want you to think it is. There is a TSB ( Technical Service Bulletin ) that addresses this issue. The TSB has them flush the Hybrid Cooling system and replace the fluid, the second iteration of the TSB has them change to the Pink Fluid Coolant. The TSB repair DOES NOT WORK to correct the issue. This is NOT a false Sensor issue. This is not a Pump failure issue. This is not a Fluid issue. Type or being Low. Although Hyundai "Engineers" won't figure this out, herre is what I Know . Mine and many others the warning issue happens when the SUV is HOT ( outside Temp. 90 to 95 deg) and the SUV has been driven. Mostly then the light will come on when you turn the SUV off, then on to start driving again. BAM ! Light and Warning. If the SUV is allowed to cool, like overnight, the light will be off. Maybe the light is also triggered by Slow Traffic in hot conditions... Getting the thiem here ? It must never get over 95 in Korea. THIS IS A HEAT ISSUE ! Hyundai gets no code, and can't repeat the light in their 10 minute test drives at 75 degrees. DUH ! The Inverter HAS NO LOW FLUID SENSOR, so how do we get a low fluid warning? That's the warning when the Inverter is overheating, thinking it's low on fluid so it's not being cooled ! It's getting to HOT ! Hyundai needs a fluid pump with higher volume flow, and or a larger electric system radiator to cool the fluid better. But that would mean a RECALL to replace all the defective components. I've tried to communicate with the Dealerships, the Service Engineers, and Hyundai Corporate directly... Not getting anywhere ! All I can do is put this out there for ALL to SEE , and hope one of two things happens. Hyundai will listen to this old mechanic and look into what I perceive to be the REAL issue, and issue a REAL fix, with the proper parts... OR ... People will see this and not buy Hyundai Hybrids until they fix this multi year, multi model Problem ! Now you all know what I believe. My SUV has had the TSB service done, others have had the pump or inverter replaced, all report it's fixed...for a short time, then the problem repeats ! Mine does this as soon as it's HOT outside, and I've driven it. Park for a while, then go to drive again. Refill Inverter Coolant light comes on and stays there until I can park the SUV and it cools off, like I said, overnight. Good Luck to all !

Just happened to my 2022 Tucson Hybrid today. Brought it to my local garage and had inverter coolant added. Light went off temporarily and is now back on. Thank you your video and this post. Happy to know it's not just me.

My just staring this may 2024 / 2020 Kona electric the same like yours Tucson

2019 kona,same stupid message, supposedly dealer flushed n replaced at major service last year. Comes on only in warm weather. I have to agree with other input i read here flushing probably wont help, the coolants hot. All youll end up doing is giving the dealer a bunch of money for no reason. My dealers service dept wont even answer the friggin phone for crying out loud, jeez.

Recently, I bought a Hyundai Kona and I'm having the same issue. The coolant warning ⚠️ light is come on and off, checked the coolant receiver and it has enough coolant.

My light has been going on as well. 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. The dealer told me that the coolant needs to be flushed out and refilled.

My father has a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid we live in Italy and we are paying attention to It if pops up to us

based on my observations the abient air temp is obviously making the coolant to warm I'm guessing this would happen even on brand new cars

The ambient temperature has been over 90 for several days. My engine warning light is on and my refill inverter coolant warning comes on. The coolant is at max fill. Will be taking the car to the dealership ASAP.

I'm having the same problem

I should say now that after making this video I didn't have the problem for about another month. When it did start happening again I took more pictures and brought it in one more time. I had pictures printed out and even had a link to this video. It turns out they didn't need it because now Hyundai is aware of the problem and even if your vin number isn't showing any recalls, mine wasn't, they will flush the coolant and put in a new reservoir. This is what they finally did for me about a week ago. I would still say take pictures and videos, be persistent, but eventually they will come through.

Mine has blulink and the app says these two DCTs today. Not sure if you have the exact same issue. Will go to dealer soon.. all we can collectively do is waste dealers time and keep making appointments until they get this fixed
