this is absolutely fcking beautiful. the music and visuals are fun, groovy, and tbh i had my doubts about the new kona but this ad pretty much sold me. hyundai you were honestly a little behind with the design in the past but ever since the ioniq you've been churning out sweet, edgy designs that are prettier than most of the cars out there on the market rn. please keep up the good work

What’s I(r)onic is that I just put in my order for a 2023 Hyundai Kona EV Limited because I love the current gen design so much, that I wanted to get one before the new one is launched and it’s too late. Not to say the new one isn’t nice but it’s definitely more of a Ionic SUV than a Kona imo, surely to come at a much loftier cost seeing as who the ad appears to be targeting. Hyundai nailed it with the current EV model, shame most people didn’t see that already without some insane facelift.

Love the car design, and still with a great range. But I really do NOT understand why, with that cut-off rear spoiler above the rear screen, you do not have a rear window washer/wiper. On our dusty Australian roads (and that is city and country) that rear screen will just become a mud-mat in very short order. PLEASE do like any other hatch-back design does and add the wiper!

They need to show the owners of the vehicles parked next to the Kona smashing into the Kona doors as they struggle to get into their own cars.

A lot more expensive than MG & BYD, BUT... the software isn't that cheap limited Chinese kind. And Kona uses far less kWh/hour at motorway speeds, making it far more efficient than MG & BYD.

Why that guy pressed start button? Was it really neccecery? It's only function is to save fuel and prevent poisoning in ICE vehicles - redundant in EV. 🤷

Der 1.0 l Motor wurde leider nicht verbessert. Unten eine Drehmomentflaute, die im Stadtverkehr nervt. Wurde die Hinterachse verbessert? - war hinten sehr unkomfortabel. Und dass die Bose Soundanlage besser ist als, das KRELL Soundsystem bezweifel ich. Sonst ist das neue Modell ein tolles Fahrzeug. Freue mich schon, es Probe zu fahren. Unfortunately, the 1.0 l engine has not been improved. Below a torque lull that is annoying in city traffic. Has the rear axle been improved? - was very uncomfortable in the back. And I doubt that the Bose sound system is better than the KRELL sound system. Otherwise the new model is a great vehicle. I'm looking forward to test driving it.

So, we're hearing there will be no hybrid available in the US market! WHAT ARE YOU NUTS! This is the perfect size urban transport, where many don't have access to plug in. More so than your larger Tucson and Santa Fe! And we want it with AWD and a real transmission, not a CVT! Get with it Hyundai, you're missing a big mark(et) here!
